Progress Tracking

Progress Tracking

Recovery is not an event. It is a process.
Tracking your progress is how we know it is working.

My Qi Again Recovery OS — Version 1.0 (MVP)

Why Progress Tracking Matters

A recovery program without tracking is a guess. With tracking, it becomes a process.

Progress Tracking at Qi Again is not about before-and-after photos alone. It is about understanding how your skin is responding to your Recovery Program — what is improving, what is not, and what needs to be adjusted.

Your skin’s recovery is not linear. There will be periods of improvement, periods of adjustment, and moments that require a change in direction. Progress Tracking is how we navigate that journey together.

What We Track Together

  • Skin condition over time
Regular check-ins on texture, tone, sensitivity, and overall recovery progress.
  • Program response
How your skin is responding to each element of your Recommended Program.
  • Before & after documentation
Visual records at key milestones in your recovery journey.
  • Life and environment changes
Any new factors — stress, diet, travel, health events — that may be influencing your recovery.
  • Recovery Path refinement
When your progress indicates it is time to adjust your program or move to the next stage of recovery.

Guided by Your Qi Again Team

Progress Tracking is not a self-assessment form. It is an ongoing conversation with your Qi Again guide.

At regular intervals — determined by your Recovery Path — your guide will review your progress, update your Skin Story, and refine your program as needed.

This is how Qi Again ensures that your recovery is always moving in the right direction.
